This notice explains how we process personal data for visitlamaddalena.org in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and applicable ePrivacy rules. We operate visitlamaddalena.org, the official destination platform for the La Maddalena archipelago, under mandate from the Comune di La Maddalena. We determine the purposes and means of the processing described here and are therefore the data controller.

6. International transfers

Some of our providers are located in the United States. Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or applicable adequacy frameworks. 7. Your rights

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or the authority in your country of residence.

8. How long we keep it

9. Children

This platform is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version and its date are shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be signalled on the site.
